Discovering a way to unify the creative vision of Fashion photography and Contemporary art has been the driving force behind Alan Crook’s latest collection. Drawing from past influences, such as Pablo Picasso, Roy Lichtenstein, and Irving Penn, Alan has developed a unique blend of photography and art that has emerged as a style all its own – combining Cubism with Fashion and Beauty with Text. Reception with light refreshments on first Friday with free parking to celebrate this month long exhibit.

The Children’s Medical Center Foundation of Central Texas is pleased to announce a night of fashion benefitting the Dell Children’s Medical Center. 

This event will feature the fashion collections of Celestino by Sergio Guadarrama.   Admission to the event, hors d’oeuvres, and music by DJ Grey are included in the $35 ticket price. VIP seating is also available for $50 per person.

“I loved being a part of the Sin-A-Men and Saints Fashion Show/ Charity Event this year. I was the Avant Garde Angel for this show. All of us got to flaunt amazing new styles by Express clothing. We had hairstyles done by Grapevine Salons, which were outrageously cool and funky,  and Makeup done by multiple amazing and talented Austin MUA’s. The whole styling got all of us pumped to rock the show.  I loved the timing of the show, not too rushed, and not too relaxed. The idea for the walk, and areas we walked, we were able to receive great photos  with cool effects from the lighting. After the show, one of the Co-Producers of the show, Misty Mittelstedt, had an auction to have her hair cut off, to give to Locks Of Love, and the $120 in which the individual bet, went to the Waterloo Counseling Center. Her long beautiful hair being cut was definitely an intense moment of the night, but definitely for a great cause! It was an awesome night! One in which I won’t forget.”
